Position

We are looking for a full-time (40 h) 
Project Manager (m/f/d) 
to join our DFB EURO GmbH Management Office in Frankfurt/Main.
 
Starting date: 1st September 2026
End date: 31st August 2029
 
The Project Manager is overall responsible for the coordination of the DFB EURO GmbH Management Office. He*She provides expert administrative, organisational and logistical support to the management and delivers or supports various strategic projects as defined by the Managing Director and follows progress on strategic plans.

Relevant tasks & responsibilities

  • Leading the DFB EURO GmbH Management Office and supporting and assisting the Managing Director with the preparation of all management and project management material 
  • Ensures Managing Director is briefed on key priority matters as required in liaison with other functional areas 
  • Facilitating and managing the DFB EURO GmbH Management Office budget requirements and monitoring accordingly including risk analysis 
  • Project management: Leading and participating in overall key projects and the development and implementation of project plans with creation of timelines, milestones, and project roadmaps. Resource planning with cost estimation and material procurement 
  • Stakeholder Management 
  • Supporting the Managing Director in key (strategic) projects and with high-level document preparation 
  • Creating engaging, striking and innovative PowerPoint presentations for different committees (e.g., DFB EURO GmbH shareholder meeting, UEFA- and DFB-Committee and working groups or Steering Group)
  • Liaising with all Unit Leaders and attending regular information meetings with the assigned group of employees 
  • Responsible for preparation and administrative running of meetings and producing any necessary minutes/reports 
  • Assisting divisional colleagues and is involved in other projects as and when required 

The Person

Education & experience
  • University Degreee in Business Administration or equivalent as well as further training in Projekt Management
  • At least 3-5 years experience as an project manager, managing key internal and external client relationships at senior level

  • Management knowledge and experience
  • Proficent in German and English, any additional language is an asset 
  • Computer-literate: Office 365 (esp. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Strong Human Resources skills
